Check-In and Check-Out
Regular Check-in: 4 pm until 8 pm
Regular Check-out: 7 am until 10 am
Luggage storage and changing room facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
If you plan to arrive at the Landhaus before 4pm or later than 8pm please let us know in advance so that we can guarantee a smooth arrival for you.
Your room will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. In the event that your booked room is vacant and ready earlier, we will of course allow you to check-in immediately. If your room is not yet ready when you arrive, then you are welcome to join us for breakfast (for an additional charge) and then head straight to the slopes or start exploring the town. You can of course store your luggage with us and we have changing facilities that you will also be able to access throughout the day.
We ask that all guests check-out of their room before 10am on the day of the departure. After check-out, guests are welcome to store their luggage with us and access our changing facilities. In the event that your room is available on your departure day then of course you are welcome to use the room later than 10am. This is only possible when the room is not needed the following day so please check with reception if you would be interested in the service.
Booking & Payment

All prices are per room, per night in euros (€) including VAT. The price does not include the local tax of €3 per person, per day. The room prices include our home-made, locally sourced breakfast.
Deposit & Reservation
If you would like to make a reservation with us by email or telephone, then we would require a 50% deposit to be made by bank transfer or to be deposited from your debit/credit card to secure your booking. We ask that the remaining amount is paid at reception no later than the evening before your departure.
We accept cash, debit and credit card payments from Visa, Maestro & Mastercard.
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply. Cancellations are only possible in writing. Please note that if you cancel the booking, cancellation fees will be incurred, please see below.

In the event of late arrival and/or early departure, 100% of the booking will be charged. Please note, a €25 administration fee is charged for all cancellations.
Even in paradise the unexpected can still happen. Making a holiday booking with us enters you into a sales contract and in the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, cancellation fees will apply. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance for your protection.
Dogs Are Welcome
There is no need for your dog to miss out on the family fun as dogs are welcome at Landhaus Albert Murr. If you would like your dog to join you on your holiday, please inform us when making your reservation. There is an additional cost of € 15.00 per dog, per day (food not included). Please note, we reserve the right to charge for any damage or final cleaning that may be necessary.
Consideration for Other Guests
Please note we ask that you behave considerately in the Landhaus at all times – even after the best après-ski – and that you are respectful to the other guests and our staff. We ask our guests to be quiet in the Landhaus between the hours of 10pm and 8am. In the event of misconduct, we will cancel the accommodation contract without a refund and ask you to leave immediately. We thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to working together harmoniously!
We are a non-smoking property – all public and private areas in the Landhaus are non-smoking.
