  • Can I park my car at the accommodation?


    Yes, you can. Outdoor and underground parking spaces are available directly at the property free of charge (subject to availability). Please note that only one parking space per room or apartment is guaranteed. If you arrive with more than one car, we cannot guarantee additional spaces. 

  • How long can I cancel free of charge?

    You can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before your arrivalday. After that, the following conditions apply:
    • 60–30 days before arrivalday: 30% cancellation fee
    • 29–7 days before arrivalday: 90% cancellation fee
    • 6 days before arrivalday or in case of early departure: 100% cancellation fee

  • Is there an EV charging station?

    Yes, absolutely! We offer EV charging stations in our underground garage. Here are the technical details: Connection: (230)400V AC, 50Hz, (1)3-phase. Payment is super easy and convenient via credit card – quick, secure, and hassle-free.

  • Is there a ski storage facility directly at the lift?

    Yes! As a guest at our country house, you are entitled to one free ski storage space per person at Intersport Bergschlössl, located directly at the Galzig lift. No more lugging around your ski equipment—just drop it off and enjoy your day. And if you'd rather store your equipment with us, we have a ski room with ski boot dryers available for your use.

  • What if I forgot my bathrobe?

    No worries! You can borrow a cozy bathrobe for your stay at the reception for a small fee of € 5. Just swing by and pick one up!

  • Can I bring my dog?

    Yes, absolutely! Your furry friend is more than welcome in the following room categories: Family Room Standard, Small Double Room, and Double Room Standard. The cost is €25 per day (excluding food). Please note: any damages or required special cleaning may be charged separately.

  • How can I book a table at Murr Stadl?

  • How far is the Landhaus from the lifts?

    Perfectly located! The Landhaus is centrally situated in St. Anton, just a short walk from the Galzig- and Rendl-Lift. Even better: a free shuttle bus stops right in front of the property, taking you directly to the Nassereinerlift. You’ll be hitting the slopes in no time!

  • Can I buy lift tickets directly at the Landhaus?

    Unfortunately, lift tickets are not available for purchase directly at the Landhaus. However, you can find all the information about prices and where to buy them here.

  • Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

    Absolutely! Located right in the heart of St. Anton, you’re just steps away from charming shops, cozy cafés, and restaurants. And the best part? Our very own Murr Stadl Restaurant offers delicious dining experiences in the evening.

  • Do you offer childcare or special family packages?

    We’re a family-friendly property with spacious family rooms and plenty of tips for activities with kids. While we don’t provide direct childcare services, we’re happy to guide you to local options in the area.

  • Is there secure bike storage in the summer?

    Of course! During the summer, your bike will be safe with us. We offer secure bike storage in our underground garage, with easy access via the garage ramp.

  • Can I reserve a crib?

    Of course! We are happy to provide a baby cot for our youngest guests (up to 2 years old) for €18 per night. To ensure that everything is perfectly prepared, please let us know before your arrival.

  • Can I arrive earlier than 4 p.m.?

    Yes, you can. If you want to start your first day on the slopes, feel free to arrive in the morning and enjoy breakfast with us (for an extra charge). If your room isn’t ready yet, you can leave your luggage with us. Please let us know before you arrive so we can prepare everything for you.

  • Is the reception always open?


    Our reception is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

  • Can I smoke at Landhaus Albert Murr?


    No, our house is completely non-smoking. All rooms and public areas are smoke-free. If smoking occurs in a room, a cleaning fee of €200 will apply. Smoking is allowed on the balconies, but please keep the windows closed.

  • Is there internet at the Landhaus?


    Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house – fast, easy, and accessible on all devices.

  • Is the Landhaus accessible?


    Yes, all floors can be reached easily by elevator.

  • Do you cater to special dietary needs?

    Yes, we do. We can accommodate intolerances as well as vegan or vegetarian diets. There is a small surcharge of €15 per person per day. Please let us know when booking so we can prepare everything in advance.

  • Is there a laundry service?

    Yes. We’re happy to wash your clothes for you. One load costs €50. Please note that ironing is not included.

  • Do you have a sauna, and when is it open?

    Yes. Our cozy sauna area is open daily from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • Are there any house rules?

    Yes. We value respect and consideration for others. After a lively après-ski evening or a night out, please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum. In cases of serious misconduct, we reserve the right to cancel the accommodation without refund. Thank you for your understanding – we look forward to a pleasant and friendly atmosphere for everyone.
