Our Half-Board Menu – Important Information for a Delightful Dining Experience

To help you enjoy your evening with us to the fullest, please take note of the following details regarding our 3-course half-board menu:

  • 3-Course Menu: Our half-board dinner includes a starter, a main course, and a dessert.

  • Daily Main Course Selection: Each day, you may choose between a meat or vegetarian main course. If you opt for the vegetarian version, please note that no fish or seafood (e.g. prawns) will be served either.

  • Allergens & Substitutions: We take into account the 14 legally required allergens. Additional intolerances (e.g. garlic, onions, carrots) can be accommodated for a surcharge of € 5 per person/day – please inform us in advance. Changes to side dishes in the main course are also subject to a € 5 surcharge per person.

  • Advance Notice Required: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary preferences before your arrival. We may not be able to accommodate short-notice changes.

  • Diets & Special Nutrition: Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to special diets or supplement-focused meals (e.g. high-protein diets).

  • For Our Young Guests: Children up to 12 years are welcome to choose a dish from our kids’ menu.

  • What We Don’t Serve: If you prefer no meat, schnitzel will not be available. If you prefer no fish, no seafood will be served.

  • Dinner Times – Winter: Between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM – please note that your table will be reassigned after 8:00 PM.

  • Dinner Times – Summer: Between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

  • Late Arrival: If you arrive after 7:30 PM, we can only offer one main course.

  • Groups of 8 or More: Please confirm a fixed dinner time for each evening in advance.

  • Menu Selection: Please let reception know your main course choice by 10:00 AM each day.

  • No-Shows: A no-show without prior notice will be charged at € 25 per person – no credit can be issued.

  • Room Service: Dinner cannot be served in guest rooms.

  • Seating Arrangements: Tables are assigned by our restaurant team – no free seating is available.

  • Drinks: are not included in the half-board price.

  • Punctuality: Dinner is only available during the specified time slots.
